MaxLiveChat Structure
There is a standard MaxLiveChat structure when your account is created after you register with us. All your visitors that request live chat on your web site, through MaxLiveChat servers are connected with MaxLiveChat operators that answer into your company name. Your live chat on your web site is always on, 24/7, 365 days a year.
 

 
On Your Web Site Side

You just cut and paste a single line of code onto your web page and you have connection with MaxLiveChat servers through the live chat image on your site. A visitor clicks on a real-time support image on your site and a new window pops up which asks the visitor basic contact details necessary for live conversation.

Chat session begins and the operator can perform various actions to complete the visitor's request. MaxLiveChat helps by answering any sales and web site navigation questions. This is usual MaxLiveChat standard service. If your company has some more special requests you can contact us about that.

At the end of the chat session, the visitor can request a copy of the chat session sent to his/her email as an attachment to view later.

Chat History: Our operators can see chat history that can help them to solve visitor issues.

At the end of the session a chat summary and chat duration are displayed and automatically recorded and you receive email with live chat content.


 
Your Administrative Side
